| 摘 要： | 为了实现海域使用的规范化管理，引入了地理信息系统技术，在可视化开发环境VB.NET下，开发了大连市海域管理信息系统。重点介绍了ArcEngine组件技术及基于ArcEngine组件的大连市海域管理信息系统的开发和应用。
