摘    要:无刷励磁发电机具有许多优点 ,但转子的电压、电流及温度难以直接测量。在发生绕组过热、匝间短路及两点接地等故障时可能导致转子严重损坏 ,在线监测转子电流和温度是防止转子重大事故的有效方法。本文介绍一种新颖的无刷励磁发电机转子电流及温度监测装置的总体结构、设计思想和关键技术。该装置对发电机转子运行状态在线监测具有重要作用。模拟实验表明 ,该装置运行安全可靠 ,性能优良。

Abstract:Brushless exciting generators have obvious advantages.But the measurement of exciting voltages,currents and temperatures of the rotors is a difficult problem.In this paper a monitor which is specially developed for the measurement is presented.The main structure,design ideas and key techniques of the monitor are expounded.Rotor faults can lead to unplanned unit shutdown and large repair costs.On line monitoring of a rotor's current and temperature would be an effective way to protect the rotor from serious damage.The monitor plays an important role in on line monitoring of the operating rotors.The experimental results show that this monitor exhibits good performance.
