微型PSA制氧机电池智能管理系统设计

摘    要:为微型PSA制氧机电池设计一种智能管理系统,以C8051F310为控制核心,结合锂电池充电保护芯片CN3704和电池监测芯片DS2438,对锂电池充放电进行保护并对其状态进行在线监测。该系统实现了对锂电池过充、过放、过流和短路的保护,并具有实时显示状态信息和报警提示的功能。电池智能管理系统电路简单、稳定性好、可靠性高,提高了充电安全性,延长了电池使用寿命,为微型PSA制氧机的稳定运行提供了可靠的电源保证。

Abstract:In order to design an intelligent battery management system for the miniature PSA oxygen concentrator, C8051F310was used as control core combined with lithium battery protection chip CN3704 and smart battery monitor DS2438, which could prevent charge and discharge process and monitor the battery's stateon-line. The intelligent management systemrealized overcharge, over-discharge,overcurrent and short circuitprotection for the lithium battery and had the function of danger alarmingtogether with battery' s state real time display.The intelligent battery management system had the features of simple circuit, good stability and reliabilitywhich improved charging safety, extended battery life and provided reliable power supply for stable running of the miniature PSA oxygen concentrator.
