生物基竹炭材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:以180目竹粉为原料,利用水热碳化方法,研究了硫酸浓度、碳化温度和碳化时间对竹炭收率的影响。结果表明,在硫酸浓度为85%,碳化温度为90℃,碳化时间为6 h时,竹炭收率可达62%。得到的竹炭材料通过红外光谱、热重分析及扫描电镜手段进行表征。

Abstract:Using 180 mesh bamboo powder as raw material by hydrothermal carbonization method. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,carbonization temperature and time on the yield of bamboo carbon were studied. The results showed the bamboo carbon yield was 62% when the concentration of sulfuric acid was 85%,carbonization temperature was 90 ℃ and carbonization time was 6 h. The final bamboo carbon material was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermal analysis and scanning electron micros-copy.
