数字控制金卤灯电子镇流器样机设计

摘    要:本文基于金卤灯电子镇流器数字控制策略分析的基础上,对其电路拓扑的主电路和控制电路进行设计,即对PFC、DC/DC、DC/AC三级结构的主电路及控制电路模型和参数进行选择、设计,并研制了一台高功率因数低频方波输出的数字控制金卤灯电子镇流器,通过对实验结果分析验证了所提出的数字控制方案是可行的。

Abstract:On the basis of digital control plan analysis of metal-halogen electronic ballast,design was made to main circuit and control circuit of the circuit topology, and the selection and design was proposed to the model and the parameters of the main circuit and control circuit of PFC, DC/DC, DC/AC three-stage structure. And a set of digital control metal-halogen electronic ballast with high power factor and low-frequency square-wave output was manufactured.Via analysis of the experimental results,it is verified that the raised digital control plan is feasible.
