摘    要:某机组给水泵汽轮机的轴向推力过大,一直存在推力瓦工作温度偏高的问题.推力瓦的部分测点温度有时会高于85℃,已达到系统温控的报警值.当机组负荷变化频繁时,推力瓦的温控范围相对较小,有可能危及到机组的安全运行.为此,对推力瓦的基础结构进行了设计改进,并对安装方法进行比对和分析.针对存在的问题,采取了改进措施,收到了很好的效果.

Abstract:In one feed water pump turbine the thrust force is over large, which leads to the problem that the working temperature of thrust bearing shoe valve is too high. On part of measure points the temperature is higher than 85°, which is the alarm value of the system temperature control. When the unit load changes frequently, temperature range of thrust bearing shoe valve is relatively small, which may endanger the safe operation of the unit. To this end, design improvement has been carried out on the infrastructure of thrust bearing shoe valve, and installation methods bave been compared and analyzed. Aiming at the problems improvement measures have been taken and good results have been achieved.
