实习护士综合管理系统的设计与实现

近年南京军区南京总医院信息化建设取得了显著成绩,但实习护士管理还处在手工阶段,特别是随着实习人数的增长、科室科学化管理的推进,迫切需要解决实习护士管理的信息化问题。利用计算机及网络等信息化手段,解决了实习护士轮转排班、实习效果评价等问题,设计实现了实习护士综合管理系统,最终达到提高实习护士管理效率及实习效果的目的。

Design and implement the practice nurse comprehensive management system

In recent years, Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command informationization construction has made great achievements, but the practice nurse management is still in the manual stage. Especially with the growth in the number of practice nurse, Department of scientific management in advance, we urgently need to address the problem of practice nurse management informationization. Using the information technology, such as computer and network we solve the problems of practice nurses arrangement and evaluation of training effect, design and implement the practice nurse comprehensive management system, and finally improve the practice nurse management efficiency and practice effect.
