摘    要:在过碱中和的基础上,采用高密度泥浆回流脱除铀矿山酸性废水中的重金属离子。研究表明,回流比0.05~0.1可以充分利用余灰。与直接中和法比较,高密度泥浆回流可以使耗灰量降低25%左右,沉降速度可以提高0.55 mm/min,大大改善沉降效果,还具有更低的污泥产生量,节约了处理成本,提高了处理量。同时,可以降低结垢,减少设备和管道的腐蚀。另外,Na+的存在有利于过碱中和脱除重金属离子。

Abstract:On the basis of excess of lime,uranium mine wastewater containing heavy metal ions was trea-ted by adopting high density sludge( HDS)refluxing. The studies show that reflux ratio is selected the value of 0. 05 ~0. 1,which make full use of the surplus lime. Compared with immediate neutralization process,the consumption percentage of lime was decreased by the value of about 25% and sedimentation velocity was increased by 0. 55 mm/min,which the sedimentation situation was improved with the lower amount of concentrate sludge,lower disposing cost and treatment amount be raised. Simultaneously,scale formation was reduced,and the corrosion of equipment and pipes was decreased,and Na+ was beneficial to the removing of heavy metal ions.
