再热器结构布置对超温爆管的影响

摘    要:再热器超温爆管是影响大容量锅炉安全运行的一个重要因素,并联管屏间的流量偏差是造成超温爆管的重要原因。通过对再热器流量分布的计算,分析了再热器结构布置对超温爆管的影响,提出了解决流量偏差的关键在于调整再热器出口集箱的静压分布及改进设想。

Abstract:Tube burst of reheater due to overtemperature is an important factor influencing the safe operation of large sige boilers,the flow deviation among the parallel tube platens is the important cause of overtemperature tube burst.Through the calculation of flow distribution of reheater,the impact of configuration layout of reheater on overtemperature tube burst is analyzed,the key to solving flow deviation lies in adjusting static pressure distribution in outlet collectors of reheater with improvement ideas proposed.
