基于自顶向下的装配体参数化建模

产品的三维模型设计大多采用自底向上的建模方法,在设计意图的表达和传递、装配关系的确定以及产品设计的参数化等方面均存在着不足之处。为此提出了一种基于自顶向下的装配体参数化设计方法,利用布局草图捕捉设计意图并加以传递,利用骨架模型表达产品的装配关系,设定产品的主要参数以实现参数化设计。并在SolidWorks平台上以台虎钳为具体应用实例,实现了自顶向下的装配体参数化设计过程。

Parametric Modeling of Assembly Based on Top-down Design Method

This paper introduces the parametric modeling method of assembly model based on top-down design.A method taking layout schematic diagram as the core to capture the design intents and skeleton model as the bridge to transfer and combine with application examples on 3D Solidworks platform , it illustrates the parametric modeling course of assembly model based on top-down design method.
