| 摘 要： | 介绍了电力弹性系数的概念，特性及其影响因素，分析了我国社会主义各个时期电力弹性系数与电力供需的情况，阐述了在社会主义市场经济的条件下电力弹性系数与电力规划的关系问题，认为在电力工业走向市场化的形势下，应谈化在传统计划经济条件下所使用的电力弹性系数。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the conception,conception,characteristic and influencing factors of the elasticity coefficient for electric power are discussed,the situations of elasticity coefficient for electric power and demand in each date from PRC build up are analysed,the related problems between the elasticity coefficient for electric power planning under the conditions of socialist socialist market economy are expounded.The author reckons that the elasticity coefficient under traditional planned economy should be weakened with the eletric power industry tending to market economy. |
