新型原煤深度筛分振动筛及基于OpenGL可视化仿真研究

摘    要:从深度筛分的意义、现有筛分设备的优缺点出发,探讨一种有别于现有设计的新型振动筛的可行性。以简单的结构,产生二次振动,以消除煤泥堵孔,在3DSMax建模并引入到OpenGL,进而在Visual C++平台实现可视化仿真。分析了现有困难,提出预期的解决方案。

Abstract:Based on the importance of deep screen and characteric of existing equipments. This paper discusses the feasibility of a new vibrating screen which is different from existing design. The new vibrating screen cause secondary vibration, so it can eliminate jam of slime. A model is made by 3DSMAX,and the movement disciplinarian is calculated,so it can be simulated visually with Visual C + + by usisg OpenGL.This paper also analyses the difficult,and the anticipated plans are made.
