从焙烧氰化尾渣中回收金、银的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验提出一种从焙烧氰化尾渣中回收金、银的工艺方法。该工艺是将氰化尾渣加添加剂再磨至-400目含量大于95%,以除去矿样中的砷,并使氰化尾渣中脉石包裹的金、银暴露;然后用30%除杂剂加热浸取杂质,并除去金矿物表面的钝化膜。处理后的矿样采用氰化法进行浸取金、银。试验结果表明,该工艺可使焙砂氰化尾渣中金、银的氰化浸出率分别达到65.00%和41.49%。

Experimental research on gold and silver recovery from roasted cyanidation slags

Abstract:Through experiments,a recovery process is brought up to recover gold and silver from roasted cyanidation slags.The process includes addition of addictives to cyanidation slags and then the slag being grinded to-400 mesh(〉95 %) in order to eliminate arsenic in samples and to expose gold and silver wrapped in gangue in the slags.After that,impurities are leached adding 30 % purification reagents and being heated,and the passivation coating around the mineral surface is removed before cyanidation.Test results show that the process could achieve satisfactory leaching rates,65.00 % for gold and 41.49 % for silver.
