跨国矿业公司发展战略研究及对中国的启示

基于研究国外先进矿业公司在企业发展战略方面的成功经验,重点选取力拓公司作为微观研究个体,实证分析国际大型跨国矿业公司发展战略模式演变的历程和发展趋势,针对中国矿业企业规模小、市场集中度不高等问题,提出中国矿业企业应该通过实行"矿与非矿并举,矿业为主,多种经营"的发展战略,在资源优先战略的基础上,通过走多元化发展的道路来实现规模化生产。

Study on development strategy of multinational mining corporations and its implications for China

Through global allocation of resources, large multinational mining companies play an important role on raw material supply and mineral resource development in every country. Based on the successful experience of ad- vanced foreign mining companies in the enterprise development strategy, this paper takes Rio Tinto as an example to empirically analyze the evolution and trend of large multinational mining companies＇ development strategy. Considering the problems of China＇s mining enterprises, such as small enterprise scale and low market concentration, the paper ar- gues that the mining companies in China should learn the development experiences from large international mining companies, and implement strategies of developing both mining and non-mine, honoring the principle of diversified de- velopment with focus on mining to achieve large-scale production by way of diversification on the basis of resources priorities.
