Ti-6Al-4V车削力的仿真与实验

摘    要:在生产中,切削力是计算切削功率,设计和使用机床、刀具、夹具的必要依据.应用Deform软件对钛合金切削进行仿真研究,分析其切削力,并通过实验对比分析,验证了仿真的可行性,并得出了切削力的回归方程以及切削钛合金时的最佳切削参数.

Abstract:In production,cutting forces are necessary basis for calculating cutting power,designning and useing of machine tools,cutting tools and fixtures.In this paper,titanium cutting force are analyzed by Deform simulation software.And,comparative its analysis of the experiment with the results of it.By verifing the feasibility of the simulation,it obtained the regression equation,as well as the best cutting parameters of cutting titanium.
