| 摘 要： | 提出用ＫｒｏｍａｓｃｌＣ１８柱，以ｐＨ为６．０含０．２ｍｏｌ／ＬｐＨ６．０ＨＡｃ－ＮＨ４Ａｃ缓冲溶液的水－甲醇（３５：６５，体积比）混合溶液作流动相，用外标法定量的反相ＨＰＬＣ测定克喘素片剂中克仑特罗的含量。样品经溶解、过滤后直接进样，操作简便快速。克仑特罗的测定线性范围为１．２～４２μｇ／ｍＬ，回收率为１０３．６％，相对标准偏差为２．２％～２．４％。

| Abstract: | A method to determine the quantity of Clenbuterol in drug tablet has been proposed. This method uses Kromacl C18 column with RP-HPLC as equipment and measure means, and uses methanol-water(V(CH3OH):V(H2O)=65:35) containing 0.2 mol/L HAc-NH4Ac buffer solution(pH=6.0) as mobile phase. The sample is directly feeded after it has been solved and filted, therefore the operation process is very easy and simple. The range of linear relationship between the peak and the concentration of measured Clenbuterol is 1.22.4 g/mL, the recovery is 103.6%, and the relative derivation is 2.2%2.4%. |
