摘    要:通过添加不同比例的石蜡油、十氢萘和正辛醇作为稀释剂,从聚丙烯α球晶的形态、正负光性以及球晶双折射大小的变化深入地研究了球晶中片晶的排列与取向。从球晶双折射的测定,就能估算出径向和切向片晶所占的比例。

Abstract:This paper studies on the crystal lamellar orientation and arrangement of Diluent-Isotactic Polypropylene (PP) by birefractioa determination and morphological observation. Determining the birefraction of PP a -form spherulite (An), we can estimate the proportions of radial and tangential oriented lamella. When a diluent (e. g. wax oil) was added, the direfraction of a -form PP spherulite was negative and increased with increasing the content of diluent (<10%). This result showed the diluent was available to form radial oriented lamellae. We suggested that if suppercooled degree is large enough, it is very possible to bring out the position error between a-axis and c-axis, and to result in two kinds of the radial and tangential oriented lamellae.
