电子接插件用聚苯硫醚高性能复合材料的研制

摘    要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度、高绝缘、阻燃等特点,将其与纤维进行复合,可获得更高的强度和高温稳定性,是目前用于接插件最理想的高性能工程塑料,但制件的薄壁连接处易开裂是困扰接插件制造者的难题。通过研究三种增韧体系对聚苯硫醚复合材料的增韧效果,获得了一种增韧增强的高性能聚苯硫醚复合材料,可成功解决接插件制件易开裂的问题,该材料性能优于国外同类产品,满足军用接插件制造者的要求。优选的增韧体系对于不同厂家的国产PPS原树脂都具有明显的增韧增强效果。

Abstract:GF reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite is the best high performance engineering plastics for electronic connecter currently, but trend of fracture at thin wall is perplexing manufacturer of hard nut to crack. Vast research of toughen effect of several major toughener on GF reinforced PPS composites, a high performance PPS composite that can solve connecters fracturing problem is prepared, it's better than the foreign similar materials. The optimized toughen system is effective for different domestic PPS products on comprehensive performance.
