摘    要:利用等离子喷涂方法在聚酰亚胺基复合材料表面喷涂金属防护层,涂层材料分别采用Al、Cu、Zn和Ni.通过ANSYS软件进行了温度场数值模拟.研究包括采用不同涂层材料,基体温度在喷涂时(0~1 000s)随时间的变化、喷涂结束与结束1 000s时刻基体及涂层的温度分布.结果表明,Al和Zn涂层在喷涂过程中及喷涂结束后不会对耐热性差的树脂成分造成烧蚀,而Cu和Ni则会烧蚀基体.试验结果证实了数值模拟的预测.

Abstract:Metal coating was made on polymer matrix composite substrate by plasma spraying,and coating material was Al,Cu,Zn and Ni.Numerical simulation was made with ANSYS software.The research included the temperature change of substrate when coating material was different,and the temperature field of substrate and coating after spraying.The reason were found that the polymer whose the heat-resistant temperature is low is not be oxidized and burnt when coating material is Al or Zn,but the interface of polymer will be oxidized and burnt when coating meterial is Ni or Cu.
