| 摘 要： | 在我国快速推进的城市化过程中,我们必须面对一系列的环境压力. 而要阻止生态环境的进一步恶化,人们需要改变以往的发展模式和思路. 在城市规划和设计中,实行生态优先的原则,优先考虑地区、城市和区域的生态要素,进行规划和设计前的评估,将生态因素作为规划和设计的前提,以保护城市生态环境.

| Abstract: | The mode and the route of development should be changed in order to prevent the further exacerbation of ecology environment in the urbanization process of China. The ecology precedence principle in city planning and city design is put forward in the paper. The principle thinks of ecological elements of area, city and region first, which are precondition of city planning and city design. |
