玛河气田高压气藏完井工艺技术

摘    要:准噶尔盆地玛河气田的产层属中等孔隙度、中高渗透率储层,气藏单井产量高、压力系数高,中国石油新疆油田公司对于该类气藏的开采技术研究还处于试验摸索阶段。为此,根据该气田高压气藏的特点, 应用节点分析方法对气井的流入动态曲线(IPR)、节点、敏感参数等进行计算和分析,结合冲蚀流量、卸载流量等计算方法来确定合理生产管柱尺寸及管柱结构。研究成果认为:①单井配产小于等于50×104 m3/d时,生产管柱采用内径62 mm油管;②单井配产介于50×104~110×104 m3/d时,生产管柱采用内径76 mm+内径62 mm复合油管;③高压气井完井管柱结构为油管挂+油管+井下安全阀+油管+井下测压系统+反循环压井阀+密封插管+永久式封隔器+磨铣延伸筒+剪切球座+射孔枪串。

Abstract:The gas pay zones in the Mahe Gas Field, Junggar Basin, have moderate porosity, medium to high permeability, high single well production rate, and high pressure gradient. The corresponding recovery technology for such gas reservoirs are still under test and development. On the basis of the characteristics of the gas zones described above, the nodal analysis method is used to calculate and analyze the IPR curves, nodes, and other sensitive parameters of gas wells there. Then in combination with the calculation of the erosion flow rate and the offloading flow rate, the proper size and configuration of the production string can be determined. This study comes to the following conclusions: (1) the ID 62 mm tubing should be used if the single well production allocation is less than 50×104 m3/d; (2) the ID 76 mm + ID 62 mm tubing strings should be used if the individual well production is allocated to be 50×104~110×104m3/d; and (3) as for high pressure gas wells, the completion strings should be in such structure as tubing hanger + tubing + downhole safety valve + tubing + downhole pressure monitoring system + reverse circulation killing valve + sealed plunger pipe + permanent packer + milling extension + shear ball seat + perforation gun.
