摘    要:控压钻井试验检测是一项综合控制技术,对开发和研制控压钻井系统至关重要,国内外均没有用于成套控压钻井技术与装备实验和测试的井下工况模拟方法和装置[1]。为此,自主研制了一套全尺寸的控压钻井试验检测装置系统。介绍了该系统的装置组成、工艺特征和技术参数,分析了该系统的测控软件开发、工艺过程的模拟、评价方法及模型建立和系统单元测试与整体联调等关键技术。现场应用结果表明:该系统安全可靠,运行1 000余次无故障,测试过程与现场工程实际能较好吻合,能综合模拟正常钻进、开泵、停泵、起下钻、井漏、井涌等不同井下工况情况,为国内研制、开发和出厂检测控压钻井系统提供了一种快速检测平台,保证了控压钻井装备的安全、可靠运行。

Abstract:The managed pressure drilling(MPD) test inspection system,one of comprehensive control technologies,is essential to the research and development of the whole MPD system.However,there are still no stimulation methods or devices for testing and detecting the MPD technology and equipment.In view of this,a full-scale MPD test and detection unit is developed and studied independently.First,this paper introduces its components,process features,and technical parameters,then analyzes this unit’s monitoring and control software development,process simulation,evaluation methods,unit and overall system testing,etc.Field application shows that this unit is safe and reliable without any accidents after running more than 1000 times.The testing process matches well with the actual situation,simulating the drilling operation and various downhole conditions like normal drilling,pumping on and off,tripping,circulation loss,well kicks,etc.This provides a rapid testing platform for the domestic research,development and factory test of the MPD system,ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the MPD equipments in actual field application.
