气体钻井钻柱抗疲劳短节设计与应用

摘    要:气体钻井过程中由钻柱运动(包括公转和纵向共振) 引起的钻具疲劳断裂,造成了大量的井下钻具事故,成为推广应用气体钻井技术的障碍。为此,设计开发了气体钻井用抗疲劳短节:该短节组装采用花键联接;通过对轴向冲击力作用的下部钻具力学仿真分析,钻进中抗疲劳短节的花键芯轴与花键外筒产生相对位移,压缩筒内二甲基硅油吸收冲击力,从而使安装抗疲劳短节的钻铤应力水平降低30%。现场应用结果表明:安装应用抗疲劳短节的钻柱扭矩参数变化不大,钻进平稳且未发生跳钻现象,钻头受力均匀,钻时比较稳定;出井的短节经探伤检测合格级别为I级,进一步验证了抗疲劳短节可以有效预防钻柱在气体钻井中所产生的钻具疲劳断裂问题,有利于钻柱在气体钻井中长期安全工作。

Abstract:The fatigue fracture resulted from the rotation or longitudinal resonance of drill string often leads to a large number of downhole accidents,which has hindered the popular application of gas drilling technology.A kind of anti-fatigue sub with spline connection is thus developed for gas drilling.Through the mechanical simulation analysis on the BHA under the axial impact force,it is found that there is relative displacement between the spline shaft and the spline shell during gas drilling,the silicon-oil inside the spline shell will thus be compressed and the impact force be absorbed,the stress produced on the drill collar during the installation of the anti-fatigue sub will be reduced by 30%.The field application shows that there is little change in the drill string torque after the installation of the anti-fatigue sub,the whole drilling process is stable without bit jumping.And the force exerted on the bit is evenly distributed,and the drilling time remains stable.The NDT test later conducted proves that the anti-fatigue sub tripped out is qualified as the level I.So this sub can effectively avoid the fatigue failure of drill string,thus ensuring the safety in gas drilling.
