马来酸单丁酯对纳米碳酸钙表面改性研究

摘    要:研究了将纳米CaCO3粒子分散在有机相正丁醇中,再加入马来酸单丁酯对纳米CaCO3粒子表面进行改性的新工艺,并利用TEMF、T IR、TG等分析方法对纳米CaCO3进行测试与表征,探讨了由正丁醇与马来酸单丁酯协同改性纳米CaCO3粒子的改性机理。结果表明,纳米CaCO3粒子在用正丁醇和马来酸单丁酯协同改性后,分散稳定性得到了进一步提高。当改性纳米CaCO3粒子的含量在5%左右时,能够对PS基体起到增韧的效果。

Abstract:A new surface modification method for nano-CaCO_3 particles using n-monobutyl maleate and n-butanol as modifying agents was investigated.Transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT IR),thermogravimetric (TG) and etc were employed to characterize the products.The mechanism of modifying nano-CaCO_3 particles by n-butanol and n-monobutyl maleate coordinately was discussed.The dispersion stability of nano-CaCO_3 particles was increased after modification by n-butanol and n-monobutyl maleate.The toughness of nano-CaCO_3/PS composites was improved when blended with about 5% modified nanoCaCO_3.
