| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of sustainable development,the concept, features and classification of strategic human resources management of enterprise and the integration of it with the enterprise development strategy are expounded.A new strategic management mode of human resources is proposed;and its implementation effect in Bailianhe PSPP is described. |
