| 摘 要： | 在内燃机车中柴油机喷油器针阀偶件是关键部件之一 ,它的好坏直接关系到内燃机车的正常使用 ,同时对运用费用影响很大 ,为此正确选择柴油机喷油器针阀偶件至关重要。本文对DF11型机车选用LSD2 80型喷油器针阀偶件装车试验进行了分析研究 ,并建议 :为了提高机车质量和降低运营成本 ,应扩大该产品的投入使用 ,并进行加大喷油器针阀副开启压力的试验 ,以进一步改善喷油雾化工作状态。

| Abstract: | The injecter nozzle matching parts are key parts for diesel engines Their conditions directly relate to the operation of diesel locomotives,and also influence the service cost.So it is very important to select correctly the injecter nozzle matching parts.In this paper,the operation test result of LSD 280 injecter nozzle matching parts on DF 11 locomotive is analysed.It is suggested to popularize and apply them,so that to improve the quality of locomotive and decrease the service cost. |
