| 摘 要： | 本文应用x射线衍射法,核磁共振法,密度梯度法及贝克线法,对不同品种的蚕丝素聚集态结构的结晶度和取向度进行了研究。分析了茧丝的品种与产地对丝素结晶度和取向度的影响程度。

| Abstract: | The crystallinity and orientation of fibroin structure at aggregated state arc studied with X-ray diffraction, nuclear magnetic resonance, density gradiant method and Becke-line method. The effects of varieties and producing areas of cocoon silk on the crystallinity and orientation are analyzed. |
