| 摘 要： | 以肯斯瓦特水利枢纽为例，针对该类山区水库水资源论证中的主要技术问题，从分析范围与论证范围的划定、水源状况及其开发利用分析、取用水量合理性分析、取水水源论证、取退水的影响分析等方面进行了重点阐述，为做好山区水库水资源论证工作理清了思路，明确了工作重点和难点。
