深井高应力软岩巷道让均压加固技术研究

深井高应力软岩巷道支护难度较大,传统的支护方式难以控制围岩稳定。针对云驾岭矿深井轨道巷变形破坏特征及地质条件,通过理论分析,提出了巷道让均压支护理念,即通过让压环实现全断面锚杆、锚索受力均衡,设计了一次锚网索让均压支护和二次注浆加固的综合支护方案。现场工业性试验表明,拱形巷道拱肩部锚杆、锚索让压环首先让压变形,随后向顶部转移;锚杆让压极值为15t,锚索让压极值为18t。结果表明南翼轨道巷变形破坏得到了有效的控制。

Study on Yield Equilibrium Pressure Reinforced Technology of High Stress Soft Rock Roadway in Deep Mine

The comprehensive supporting way of Cable Anchor tunnel yield support at first time and grouting reinforcement at the second time was designed. The industrial test shows that arch roadway’s shoulder bolt and anchor roadway yield link first let pressure deformation and then transfer to top. Anchor let pressure for 15 t extreme, extreme pressure for 18t to bolt. Results show that the deformation and failure of the south railway roadway be effectively controlled.
