螺旋式煤炭采样装置螺旋钻杆疲劳强度分析

摘    要: 研究了螺旋式煤炭采样装置原理,建立了采样装置结构模型。针对采样装置中的螺旋钻杆建立了有限元模型,并将模型在ANSYS中作了虚拟疲劳仿真分析,得到了该螺旋钻杆的预测疲劳寿命、寿命安全系数及危险部位等信息。从而可以快速判断该零件的受力、可靠性及疲劳寿命等情况, 为进一步对类似螺旋钻杆的设计和结构优化提供了相关的参考依据,并且对预测目前服役中螺旋钻杆的剩余寿命有着重要的作用。

Abstract:The Spiral coal sampling device was studied , and the dynamics model of sampling device was established .According to Sampling device’spiral drill,the finite element model was established,and the virtual fatigue simulation analysis was made for model by using ANSYS. The predicted fatigue life of the component, life safety factor, dangerous parts and other information was obtained. So the force ,reliability ,fatigue life and other situation of the component was quikly determined; the product design cycle was shortened and the service life of parts was improved.
