摘    要: 以颚式破碎机为研究对象,以SolidWorks三维建模软件为平台,对颚式破碎机的定颚、动颚和偏心轴、飞轮、推力板等零件进行了设计和三维建模,通过虚拟装配建立了颚式破碎机的装配体模型,利用干涉检查功能,有效地检查出了设计缺陷,而且易于调整设计的模型,改变了利用二维图形进行设计的传统方法,降低了对设计者空间想象力的要求和制图的劳动强度,使设计者可以更加专注于产品的设计上,大大地提高了设计水平和设计效率,为破碎机类机械产品的三维化设计提供了有效参考。

Based on SolidWorks to design and model three-dimensional jaw crusher
Abstract:With jaw crusher for research object, with SolidWorks software as the 3D modeling platforms, established the 3D parts model of the fixed jaw and the moving jaw and the eccentric shaft and the flywheel and thrust board, etc, through the virtual assembly established the jaw crusher assembly body model, using interference function, effectively inspected the design flaw, and easy to adjust the design of the model, changed the traditional method of using 2D graphics to carry on the design, and reduced the requirements for the designer of the space imagination and the intensity of drawing, and enabled the designer can focus more on the design of the product, which is greatly raised the design level and design efficiency, which provides the effective reference for 3D design of crusher kind of mechanical products.
