摘    要: 金能公司4331工作面为煤与瓦斯突出工作面,地质构造复杂,为了防治4331工作面石门揭煤、煤巷掘进及工作面回采过程中发生煤与瓦斯突出,研究了切实可行的局部综合防突技术,在石门揭煤与煤巷掘进时采用钻屑指标法预测突出危险性,并采取保护层开采、超前排放孔、煤层水力冲孔、预抽钻孔等防突措施以及安装压风自救装置防治突出,措施实施后再进行效果检验和区域验证,直到无突出危险为止。

Comprehensive outburst prevention technology in No.4331 coal mine drilling working face at Jinneng Branch
Abstract:No.4331 coal face of Jinneng Coal Industry Branch is coal and gas outburst face, and its geologic structure is complicated. In order to prevent coal and gas outburst in No.4331 rock cross-cut coal uncovering and Tunneling process, comprehensive outburst prevention technology is studied.Before rock cross-cut coal uncovering and coal tunneling, method of druing index is used to forecast the coal-outburst.And protection layer mining, advanced borchole for methane drainage, hydraulic flushing, gas pre-drainage hole and forced air self rescue device are adopted to Prevent coal and gas outburst.And then, effect test and region verification should be implemented until there is no outburst risk in working face.
