目前碳素弹簧钢丝在实物质量上主要存在通条性能不均匀、可绕制性能不理想、局部扭转、弯曲开裂及脆性断裂等质量问题 ,通过分析认为盘条质量缺陷、装备水平不高、生产中“三混”及某些厂商的不规范运作是影响碳素弹簧钢丝质量的主要因素。同时 ,GB 4357— 89标准中部分技术指标未能满足当前用户要求 ,也是影响碳素弹簧钢丝质量的重要因素。
