摘    要:建立了Q235热轧带钢卷取后冷却过程中的传热模型,考虑了钢卷导热系数的正交各向异性与导热系数在冷却过程中随温度的变化,用ABAQUS软件对钢卷冷却过程中的温度场进行了模拟,确定了钢卷不同位置的冷却曲线。以钢卷不同位置的温度演变为基础,用自行开发的热轧过程组织性能预报软件ROLLAN对带钢沿长度方向的铁素体晶粒尺寸进行模拟,通过现场开卷取样和大量的定量金相实验,测试分析了沿带钢长度和宽度方向铁素体晶粒尺寸的变化。模拟与实验结果吻合良好。

Abstract:A heat transfer model for hot rolled Q235 coil during cooling was developed, and the temperature field was modeled by ABAQUS software, the temperature change in different positions of coils were obtained Based on the calculated temperature, the ferrite grain size along the rolling direction of the strip was modeled by ROLLAN software By quantitative metallographic examination, the change of ferrite grain size along the rolling and transverse directions of strips was analyzed The calculated final ferrite grain size was in good agreement with the measured ones
