摘    要:以可靠高效为核心,研制了一种实用化的无刷直流(BLDC)光伏水泵控制器.采用智能功率模块(IPM)、ML4425专用控制芯片与PIC16F877单片机相结合的方案,控制由高压BLDC电机和专为该系统设计的高效容积泵组成的机泵系统,并结合光伏水泵系统的特点,利用转速微分反馈实现了最大功率点跟踪(MPPT),极大地提高了系统的可靠性、适配性和效率.详细阐述了软硬件的实现方案,并通过样机实验验证了该方案的正确性和可行性.
