| 摘 要： | 提出了晶体中存在着析出的铜颗粒，且铜与Ｃｕ＿２Ｏ间的接触面处形成Ｓｃｈｏｔｔｋｙ势垒的模型．在此基础上解释了Ｃｕ＿２Ｏ单晶样品的光学和电学特性之间的似乎矛盾的关系。

| Abstract: | Proposed the model that there are many copper precipitates within some samples of Cu_2O single crystal and that there are schottky barriers at the boundaries between copper and Cu_2O,and on the basis of this modle the author explained the seemingly contradictory relations between the optical and electrical characteristics of the samples of Cu_2O single crystal. |
