| 摘 要： | 由于国内压力容器制造企业一般没有专门用于接管孔的加工设备，因此，接管孔的形状及坡口尺寸得不到保证，从而影响了接管与壳体的焊缝质量．针对这个问题，提出了先在钢板上开孔再将钢板弯曲成型的新工艺，并说明了接管孔的展开和加工方法．最后介绍了一种较先进的适合于孔加工的数控切割机。

| Abstract: | Usually there is no special device in domestic enterprises to cut the openings on the shell of pressure vessels, thus the welding seams between nozzles and shells are poorly done. To make things better, a new manufacturing process is presented, namely the way of opening the holes firstly on the steel plates and then bending the steel plates into columns. Its details are described. At the end of this paper, a kind of advanced NC cutting machine is recommended. |
