| 摘 要： | 基于经营计划系统、生产执行系统和过程控制系统三层结构的CIMS已成为国内外流程工业CIMS理论和产品的主流框架，良好的数据集成和深层次的数据利用对于企业生产运行、成本核算、物料跟踪、质量管理、生产调度等业务过程的持续改进具有重要的意义。从流程工业综合自动化三层结构模型(ERP／MES／PCS)出发，分析了数据集成在MES和整个企业综合自动化中的基础作用，并就数据集成技术做了探讨和研究，提出了实现数据综合集成的解决方案，最后以某石化企业为例简要介绍了石化企业数据集成的实施情况。

| Abstract: | CIMS based on the three structures of management and plan system, production execution system and process control system has become the mainstream frame of process industry CIMS theory and product at home and abroad. Good integration of data and deep utilization of data have important significance for the persistent improvement of enterprise operation process of production, cost accounting, materials trace, quality management and production scheduling etc. This article analyzed the basic function of data integration during MES and enterprise compositive automatization from the three classes model (ERP/MES/PCS) of CIMS in process industry, then discussed and made deep study of the technology of data integration. Thus, some schemes of data integration were given. Finally, the implementation of heterogeneous data integration and its application in a petrochemical enterprise were presented. |
