| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来，新技术在水土保持中应用日益普及，以水土保持监测点的自动化采集为基础，以快速典型抽样调查为补充，以3S技术、无线通信系统以及计算机网络技术为技术支撑，形成各级水土保持监测站点相互连接、高度集成的水土保持监测站网体系。要确保新技术应用效果，必须建立相应的保障体系。

| Abstract: | Since 80th has been increasingly monitoring stations of monitoring stations and wireless-communication of the 20th Century, the application of new technologies in water and soil conservation common, Water and soil conservation supervision and monitoring network that connects all levels and highly-integrated is formed, based on automatic data collection of supplemented by fast typical samples investigation, and supported by technologies of 3S, system and computer network. |
