摘    要:用平面变厚度有限元方法对中厚板精轧机辊变形分析的基础上,应用模拟退火算法,建立轧辊磨损、热凸度预报模型及工作辊与支持辊辊形同步解耦设计的理论和方法,开发出PMR和PWR辊形,成功在2800mm轧机上长期稳定地使用,取得显著效果。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of deformation on the rolls of the plate mill using the two-dimensional variable thickness finite element method the PMR and PWR roll contours have been developed. By applying the simulated annealing algorithm a roll wear and thermal convexity prediction model is set up and the designing theory and method of synchronous decoupling of the work roll and backup roll contour developed. Since the successful application of the roll contour to the 2800?mm plate mill very favorable results have already been achieved.
