| 摘 要： | 针对目前航空企业液压试验设备导管铺设存在的问题,通过对导管布局特点、工程规范和设计人员的布管经验进行归纳和总结,形成以CATIA为平台的液压试验设备导管铺设的专家系统软件.该软件基于CAA-RADE,以Visual C++为编程工具,实现了液压试验设备导管的智能铺设,并且能够自动输出导管制造环节所需的信息,具有很大的工程实用价值,对全面实现液压试验设备导管的数字化设计和制造有很大的推动作用.

| Abstract: | In view of the current problems of hydraulic test equipment tube laying in aviation enterprise,through inducing tubing design characteristics and engineering specifications as well as summing up designers experience,an expert system software was developed for tube laying of hydraulic test equipment with CATIA as platform.The software was based on CAA-RADE,with Visual C++ as programming tool,could be used to realize intelligent hydraulic tube laying,and the information used in tube manufacturing was automatically output.It has tremendous practical value and promotes the overall digital design and manufacture of hydraulic test equipment tube greatly. |
