| 摘 要： | 为缩短机组试运周期,使汽轮机润滑油清洁度早日达到要求,对汽轮机润滑油循环采用了新的工艺,说明了进行系统碱洗的必要性,并将先碱洗、水冲洗再投入大流量滤油设备的方法运用到实践当中,取得了明显的效果,为缩短滤油时间提供了一定的经验。

| Abstract: | The paper submit a new method about the turbine lubricating oil circulation,in order to shorten the unit trial run cycle and attain eligible the turbine lubricating oil qualities as quickly as possible.It illustrates necessity for the turbine oil circulation alkaline cleaning.It is applied the alkaline flushing,water flushing and then a large flow equipment filtering to engineering practice.It achieved significant results and provided a certain amount of experience in the lubricating oil circulation. |
