环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯增韧环氧树脂的研究

摘    要:使用环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯(EHTPB)对双酚A型环氧树脂进行增韧改性。对EHTPB增韧的固化产物及端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)增韧的固化产物进行力学性能测试,运用差示扫捕量热法测试同化产物的玻璃化转变温度,采用扫面电镜观察树脂增韧前后的断面形貌,显示为韧性断裂。各种结果表明,EHTPB对环氧树脂的增韧效果优于HTPB,该增韧剂的加入能够在不明显降低树脂强度的条件下,大幅度提高体系韧性的同时保持树脂的玻璃化转变温度。

Abstract:The toughening modification of bisphenol A-based epoxy resin was carried out by using epoxidized hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(EHTPB).The mechanical performance tests of EHTPB toughened cured products and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) toughened cured products were carried out.The glass transition temperature of cured products was determined by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The section morphologies of resins before and after toughening were observed by using scanning electron microscope.The result shows toughened fracture.Various results show that the toughened effect of epoxy resin using EHTPB is better than that using HTPB.Adding this toughener can significantly increase the toughness of the system without obviously decreasing the resin strength,and the glass transition temperature of the resin can be maintained.
