| 摘 要： | 依据套类零件的结构特点,通过合理设计夹具定位件和调换件,给出成组夹具的总体结构图。该夹具结构简单紧凑,使用方便,对工件特征在一定范围内变化的适应性很强,适用于形状相似的套类零件的多品种小批量生产。

| Abstract: | According to the structure characteristic of sleeve parts,the assembly of group fixture was gotten by reasonable design of the locating element and adjusting element.This fixture has compact structure and is convenient to use.It has strong adaptability to small changes in a specific range of parameter.Thus,it works well for small batch production of different kinds of structurally similar sleeve-like parts. |
