| 摘 要： | 采用阻燃剂苯氧基四溴双酚A聚碳酸酯齐聚物对聚碳酸酯(PC)进行改性,研究了阻燃剂含量对PC力学性能、阻燃性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着阻燃剂含量的增加,PC复合材料的阻燃等级、氧指数均有显著提高;TGA曲线显示,阻燃剂的加入使PC复合材料热稳定性能明显提高,起始失重温度和最大热失重速率温度均向高温移动,且550℃下的残留率和最终的残留率均明显增多;同时,PC复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度随阻燃剂含量的增加而提高,但冲击强度逐渐降低。
