| 摘 要： | 房地产评估是一门理论性和实践性都较强的课程,开设实验课,进行实验教学,将有助于学生更好地学习和理解理论知识,更好地将理论与实践结合起来。本文论述了实验教学在房地产评估这门课程中的作用以及房地产评估实验课的实施要点和房地产评估实验教学方案构想。

| Abstract: | The course of real estate appraisal has a great demand on theory and practice teaching.Experimental classes and experimental teaching is of usage to help students learn and understand the theory knowledge,then combine theory with practice.The author analyzes the function of experimental teaching for real estate appraisal course as well as the points of conducting experimental teaching,points out some suggestions of how to put experimental teaching method into practice as well as the thoughts on experimental teaching project of real estate appraisal course. |
