螺杆泵井合理沉没度泵况控制图研究与应用

摘    要:沉没度是螺杆泵抽油系统的一个重要参数,如果沉没度过高,供大于求,会影响油井产量;若控 制的过低,影响泵的吸入状况,使泵效降低,甚至“烧泵”。为此,应用螺杆泵排量曲线模拟公式,结合 大庆油田第四采油厂螺杆泵井实际情况,探索出螺杆泵井合理沉没度变化的范围200~500m,并研究螺 杆泵泵况动态控制图,同时配合螺杆泵故障综合诊断方法,形成了相互联系的综合性诊断系统。实际应 用表明。它能够高效、准确的分析和诊断螺杆泵井下故障,指导我们分析泵况,便于管理和挖潜,为大 庆油田螺杆泵井工况诊断提供了分析依据。

Abstract:Submersion degree is an important parameter of screw pumping system. If the degree is high, influence will be caused on production rate. If it is controlled to low level, it will influence the pump intake, and reduce its efficiency or cause the pump buring. Therefore the equation for pump displacement curve simulation is used to determine that its rational submersion range is from 200 to 500 m in combination with the production situation of screw pumping wells in No. 4 Production Factory in Daqing Oilfield, a dynamic control chart for the pump is developed and it is matched with a integral diagnosis method for the screw pump and an integral diagnosis system is established. Application indicates that the system can be used to analyze the downhole pump failures accurately and effectively, by which basis is provided for screw pump diagnosis in Daqing Oilfield.
