摘    要:分析了在利用凝胶聚沉原理提取粉煤灰中SiO2的过程中影响SiO2粒度的因素。结果表明,碱浓度、滤液与碱的混合方式及机械粉磨对SiO2的粒度均有一定的影响;使用乙醇作为分散剂时,乙醇对凝胶聚沉及产品品质的影响不大。滤液与NaOH溶液以细流的形式同时注入容器中进行混合反应,得到的SiO2的品质最佳;对烘干后的聚沉凝胶进行机械粉磨处理,对于产品粒度的减小和纯度的提高有明显的作用。NaOH溶液的最佳浓度为4mol/L。

Particle Size Influence Factors Analysis of Using Gel Coagulation Principle to Extract SiO2 in Fly Ash

Abstract:This paper analyzes particle size influence factors in the process of using gel coagulation principle to extract SiO2 in fly ash. The result shows that the mixed mode of alkali concentration, filtrate and alkali and mechanical grinding have some effect on the particle size of SiO2;if ethanol is used as dispersing agent, the influence of it on gel coagulation and production quality is not big. When filtrate and NaOH solution is mixed by the method in the form of a trickle into the container at the same time to conduct the mixed reaction, the SiO2 is of best quality;when the coagulation gel is grinded by machine after drying, which has an obvious effect on the improvement of particle size decreasing and purity. And the best density of NaOH solution is 4 mol/L.
