摘    要:研究了在水泥和骨料用量一定的条件下,轻骨料混凝土的塑性收缩裂缝特性,并与同配合比的普通混凝土进行比较。结果表明,轻骨料混凝土的水分蒸发量随水灰比增大而增大,且蒸发速率在2h左右出现最大值。在低水灰比时,轻骨料混凝土塑性收缩裂缝面积较大,并在水灰比为0.40左右达到最大值,而后裂缝面积随水灰比增加而逐渐减小。

Abstract:In this paper, the characteristic of the plastic shrinkage cracking of the lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) was studied under the condition of prescribed quantity of cement and aggregate and was compared with that of the normal aggregate concrete (NC) with the same proportion of materials for the LWAC. The results suggested that the water evaporation quantity in the concrete became larger with the increase of w/c, and water evaporation velocity reached maximum value around two hours. When the water-cement ratio was low, the area of the plastic shrinkage cracking of LWAC was large and when w/c was 0.40, the area reached the maximum value and then became smaller with the increase of w/c.
