摘    要:探讨了活性染料在低频声场和高频超声场染色工艺的影响因素及染色织物的牢度性能;分析了超声波在应用过程中实际能量输入.结果表明,声场和超声场能量可以提高染料的上染百分率,节约染色时间,而且染色织物的部分牢度性能略有提高.超声波效率远远优于声场效率,但超声波的能量损失较高.

Abstract:Factors exerting influence on reactive dyeing in sonic and ultrasonic fields are discussed, color fastness of the dyeings is determined. The energy input of ultrasound wave is analyzed. The results show that dye uptake is greatly enhanced assisted with sonic or ultrasonic field, and dyeing cycle is reduced, some color fastness is improved. The ultrasonic efficiency is higher than the sonic efficiency, but the energy loss of ultrasound wave is much higher.
